Customer Service is so terrible… one reply per every 2 days… customer service is based in China…

Never buy from that scamming company that only wants your money!!!! I made a mistake when ordering a part and asked it to be canceled within the first hour after placing it. I emailed them, sent them message on their chat, and app. No answered at all. Kept sending them emails and messages. The next day, I received a message that I can order a different part if I made a mistake. However the status of order went to ready to shipped and now no more answer from them!!! They don’t want to refund my money back and are sending me a part that I don’t need from China. That I will have to send it back and pay for shipping and fees. What is wrong with that company????

Scam company, do not use. I ordered a CCS2 to Type 2 adaptor for my Tesla, which was shown as in stock. Nothing shipped so I chased them. The said there was a delay as the parts were sub standard and not safe! I requested a refund as I can’t wait. No refund given. They just offered 10% discount for the delay. This is theft of my money. I am now trying to claim the money back via my bank. You have been warned.

De kleur klopt totaal niet. Ondanks dat de kleur code hetzelfde is, is de kleur aanzienlijk anders. Nu zitten er lelijke witte vlekken op de auto die niet eens lijken op parelmoer wit. Absoluut een afrader.

Bad to do business with this company, buyer beware. Order takes forever to get. If your lucky enough to get anything it will be the wrong item that they won't accept return. Ordered a yoke steering wheel that they told me would fit my 2026 model y when I asked them before purchasing, 6 weeks later when received it was a wheel for a 2020-2023 model y , then I was told to resell the item myself and they would give me a 10 discount on my next order? No Thank you, I'll buy from a reputable company next time. Any good reviews this company gets has to be from them/ there friends and family because they are a scam. Buyer Beware

I ordered rim savers for my Tesla from this site. After a month nothing was delivered. I received emails saying it was shipped but no contact after that! This company is a scam!
