Jeg har aldrig oplevet så dårlig kundeservice. Vi har bestilt et campingbord, der er for lavt. Jeg skriver til Teslaunch, da jeg vil returnere bordet. De svarer gentage gange, at jeg skal dokumentere problemet. I starten svarede jeg på deres spørgsmål, men da de vil have billeder og video af et bord der er for lavt siger jeg fra og skriver at jeg tror de er ved at fuppe mig. Det kan heller ikke få dem til at fortælle mig hvordan jeg skal returnere bordet. De beder om yderligere svar på hvordan de skal udbedre problemet. Jeg er sikker på at de bliver ved indtil tidsfristen for returneringen er gået. Jeg er yderst utilfreds med deres kundeservice.

Pretty rubbish customer service. Ordered 1 May, delivered 4 June (total radio silence in between). Item is battered and broken. Been trying since Thursday to get them to respond to my concerns.

As I have had the wheel protectors over the weeks, they will still not latch onto my wheels. Yes, I do have the correct ones and yes, they are the proper fit for my specific tires. That is not the issue. The issue is that three out of the four are not latching and they come off little by little every day and I am having to push them in. They look wonderful and it is a great concept, but I believe I have a defective pair and would love to be sent replacements. I’m not one to write bad reviews if you have followed me, but there needs to be responsibility for products sold. It could be that I just received a bad apple. That does happen and I completely understand. If they can be replaced, I could retract and have a better review, but as of right now, this has not been a great experience as I waited over a month to receive them and this is the final result.They are not flexible at all and after being on the highway, l have had to check them due to coming unhinged. Disappointed as l waited so long to get them.

I placed an order with Teslaunch, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After processing my payment, it took over a week for my order to be processed. The tracking information provided was entirely in Chinese, and even after translating it, it took nearly another week for the item to reach Shanghai from the origin. Now, two weeks after placing my order, it's still sitting in Shanghai with no updates. Customer service is abysmal. They are unresponsive to emails, and when they do reply, it's unhelpful and dismissive. I've had to resort to contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge and seek a refund. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from Teslaunch. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is appalling.

Tant que vous recevez un produit adapté tout va bien mais ATTENTION si vous avez le malheur d'avoir quelque chose d'inadapté alors, là, les problèmes commencent ! J'ai reçu des bavettes dont les trous de fixation ne correspondaient pas et on m'a demandé des photos du problème de montage puis plus de nouvelles. J'ai recontacté la société et là on m'a demandé de prendre des photos du colis et des étiquettes puis là plus de nouvelles sauf un mail reçu par erreur et destiné à une autre personne. Puis plus rien et j'ai de nouveau contacté la société en demandant une nouvelle fois de me reprendre le produit et de le rembourser et là on m'a redemandé des photos ! Conclusion, on me fait tourner en rond jusqu'à ce que je m'épuise et, là, plus de nouvelles sachant que j'ai indiqué que j'ouvrais un litige sur PAYPAL. Merci à PAYPAL d'exister face à de telles sociétés Un conseil ne vous ratez pas avec eux car eux ne vous rate pas !

I ordered some wheel protectors but then realised immediately that every time a wheel was taken off (I.e. the central wind deflector cap is removed) the protectors need replacing. At £86 for four this was not good. I contacted support via WhatsApp and they weee helpful cancelled my order and said I would get a refund. Now when I chase they do not even read fhe message and I have had no refund. I have had to focus on to my bank to try and claim the money back.
