I bought Auto Door Handle With LED for Tesla Model Y / 3. Everything was as promised. After install I got issue with one handle. it when in faster than other. I contact support on chat and they helped me to fix the issue. 4 of 5 cause the videos guide and firmware update was in chinese. Update 2025 After tesla updates, the auto door handel is delay. It won't pop out when you come to the car. The support told me they don't have any firmware updates. They still work, but just when i press handel then they pop out. I bought this cause i don't want the kids to scratch the car with their nails when it's dark outside.

Dishonest Merchant! Avoid at all cost! Supposed to refund me back my money after I ship back the refunded items to them at my own cost. Done so shipping it back to them through DHL, but till now they have not refund me back my money. Worst part, uncontactable ever since I started chasing for my refund.

Ordered some interior floor mats, never showed up. They claim it was delivered by Evri - but my cctv says otherwise. they have gone hark, and are no longer responding to emails. so im £120 out of pocket currently. Ive now got to raise a dispute with my credit card company with the hope to get my funds back. - Its disgusting really, as i was under the impression that this was a genuine website, usa based but turns out its some chinese factory, shameful

Ho ordinato da loro per 4 o 5 volte e tutto è andato ottimamente. prodotti sempre integri e le spedizioni sempre in tempi giusti

They don’t tell you it’s cheap items and you can get from Temu… the customer service is horrible. They rip you off by charging you a 15% restocking fee, but On their website, there is no such thing as a return restocking fee and or that you as the buyer have to pay the postage. If you tell them that you want a refund, then they will ask you why and if you don’t submit documentation, they refuse to refund you and charge you these restocking fee. Your best bet will be contacting your bank and filing a dispute horrible customer service. Waste your time and

I ordered seat covers, they don't fit my car. They are now playing games on the return. They literally said.We will give you return instructions later, in an email. It has been 10 emails to try to get return instructions

Horrible, horrible company. I brought for hubcaps. They took forever to come and when they did they did not fit the wheels. I tried to work out an exchange or return and they said because I opened the box I used them and they would not accept a return. No stuck with substandard not usable hubcaps, $200 wasted. Thinking of working with my credit card company to disput as the company is dishonest and misrepresents their products. In response to the company’s reply. I am a valid customer and I would be happy to show trustpilot the slew of emails I have received from Tesery to my email on this account. This show once again how poorly they do business. I have exchanged many emails with them trying to resolve the issue and they claim I do not exist even though my email matches and can easily be tied to the order. I refuse to supply details here because I honestly do not trust this company and worry about how they lie constantly and try to pretend they are a reputable company who has good customer service. Ridiculous!

Stay away , they’re ship from china and take forever to get here but all the item are not good quality also Wrong item been waiting for nothing. I’m working on to request a refund! Just horrible
