Ordered 3 + 2 free but got some fuzzy felt in 5 plastic wallets, nothing like what is in the video. The video shows a really thick product, what I received was some see through green felt. I was also overcharged. I sent complaints and was sent round and round in circles with them saying they were handing me over to a different department but telling me I received what I ordered and it would cost me so much to return it I may as well keep it!! Eventually, after much persistence I have got the over payment refunded (they ignored this until I went to Paypal to complain via them) but I'm still fighting about the quality of the product and they keep asking me for photos, which I send and then they respond saying it is the product I ordered and it is a quality product. I'm about to make an official claim through PayPal as this is so obviously a scam. I wish I'd come here before I parted with money that I can't afford to lose on useless products. I note there are no bad reviews on their website. Please avoid these people.

Do not buy anything from this company. I was duped by the advert on Facebook. They did actually send me an item but it is not what I ordered. I ordered Grass seed mats they sent what looks like absorbent mats to use under pots in a greenhouse. I have sent loads of emails, but they keep making excuses. The other thing was they said order 3 and get 2 free. I only received 3 rolls, they said I should have ordered 5 in the qty box. More and more excuses. Still no correct items sent.

If there were minus stars, they would be too much. An absolute scam. Rubbish green felt that is supposed to emulate grass. Don’t waste your money. I would never purchase anything from this company again.

Believe I have been scammed, ordered some lay down turf felt and seed. took ages to arrive and when did only received what appears to be just some felt fabric. product is completely useless. customer service offered me a £3 refund on a £58 purchase.

As others have said : SCAMMERS Just sent a piece of green felt, no grass seed embedded. Tracking updates from US then packet suddenly arrives from China! AVOID!!

They show you a roll off the green grass roll when you order, all you get is a bit of felt in a plastic wallet. Total scam. I did put a small piece on a bare patch on lawn, nothing happened. Glad I payed by PayPal. Stay clear
