Utter crap. Do not fall for the slick adverts as the product is absolute rubbish

Clearly a scam site. Products took 6 weeks to arrive. The products are not anything like as described. Customer service eventually replied offering £1 refund or return to China incurring postal charges. Steer well clear.

SCAM SCAM SCAM......Stay as far away as possible from this so called company. I purchased an item which has still not arrived after 6 weeks. No customer service, computer generated chat that sends you around in circles, no contact number and no humans to speak too. It looks like I will not receive what I ordered. Like previous reviewers I regret not reading the reviews before purchase. STAY CLEAR......

Please do not buy from this company as they are totally scammers. I purchased a small piece of Grass Seed Mat to try out. The tracking of the item said it was coming from USA and eventually turned up in a package that was sent from China. After opening the package it contained what looked like a long piece of green felt, which is what it turned out to be after seeing if anything would grow from it. I contacted their customer services and after a lot of not getting anywhere message conversation I was told I could return it at my expense, but I shouldn’t because the cost to me would outweigh the point of returning it. Again, do not buy from them, they are scammers. Funny that all the good reviews here are from people from the USA.

Ordered a product, despite tracking notes for a month, nothing ever arrived and all they kept saying was wait a few more days. They then refused a refund. Please do not waste your money, complete scam.

Scam company

Not even 1 star. As a lot of people previously I fell for the grass felt scam! Trying to get anywhere with this company is impossible. What I don't understand is why they bother, it must have cost them nearly as much to send me the useless felt - what's the point?? Steer well clear.
