1 star is too good!! Appalling customer service, ordered and finaly recieved the grass felt which does not work., not a single sprout on several test patches. Now been back and forth for 2 weeks trying to resolve. I have been offered £3 and £5 compensation but no refund when I brought 7 rolls! Will fight this to the end but please do not waste your money with this company

Ordered a wind spinner and grass seed felt. the spinner was broken and the grass seed felt was, well just felt. As per other reviews i was advised that returns would be at my cost and therefore i should accept their low refund offer. i did not accept the offer and i managed to obtain a deal on shipping with Evri so the full refund will outweighs the refund offer made. They then advised if i was to return the item it needs to be returned unbroken to obtain refund which is not possible when it arrived broken so therefore i have done all communication via PayPal and I would strongly recommend you do don't purchase from this company.

Can’t review product as I’ve not received it. Tracking and customer service is dreadful

If only there was a zero star option! This ‘company’ is 100% a SCAM!!!! 1. The price you are shown on completing order, goes up, when you check your PayPal account. My order including shipping insurance was £19.37 but £23.24 was taken from my PayPal account (they say it’s shipping insurance, it’s NOT they’re just helping themselves to more of your money, FRAUDULENTLY! 2. That pale green felt like material, impregnated with grass seed to aid grass growth on patchy gardens they advertise, does NOT exist on this site!!!! You are sent plain old green felt that does NOTHING regardless of how much you water and watch it. 3. When you open a dispute with PayPal, they’ll try to get away with offering you a tiny (£2) partial refund, to keep the product. So that’d be £21.24 for a pile of useless green felt???? That’ll be a big fat NO from me! 4. When you escalate your claim with PayPal, they will offer you a full refund on the proviso that you send that useless green felt, back to them at YOUR EXPENSE! Again, that’s a NO from me! 5. Screenshots of all reviews on Trustpilot were sent to PayPal, showing the FULL extent of their scamming ways, and I followed it up with a call this morning. Paypal closed the case in my favour and refunded me in full. I sincerely hope others do, what I failed to do, and check reviews here before parting with their hard earned cash. These scammers are the lowest of the low and I hope they get mown down by the Karma Wagon! Does anyone want 4.5 rolls of useless green felt????

AWFUL. SCAMMERS. I ordered the grass seed felt and got nothing like the advertised product. Funnily I can’t find the product on their website anymore! Took more money than the order cost, offered me £3 refund and said the cost for return would be too expensive. Turns out they are in China despite the website stating USA/UK . PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a roll of lawn fabric from them - supposedly material impregnated with lawn seed which would grow when applied to bare earth and watered. I gave it 5 weeks of care but no result. I am not a novice gardener, I have a diploma in horticulture and several decades of experience. I am pretty sure they just sent me a length of plain green felt. Customer services refused to refund on the basis that they had sent me the correct item and it may have been damaged either by me or the courier. It was not damaged, it simply didn't work, and I sent several photos as evidence but kept getting the same reply. I think this company is a scam operator.

I love the site, it delivered the item quickly and safely, works great for my gardening tools

In terms of refunds, this company has done a good job, and there has been no refusal to refund. I contacted them because I paid an extra tax for an order, and they refunded me quickly. I was invited to come here to evaluate, and I Also quite happy.
