Customer Service is "HORRIBLE". I waited on the phone for 30 minutes for a representative. They billed me for extended service, they had only come to my home twice in one year. I'm not happy with this service.

Don’t use their service because what they say and do are different. First of all they take $75 for giving a quote when most companies give a free quote. Secondly it took ages for them to send the person out as they are “so busy”. My experience with them was for bird removal and what I was told by office staff and technician in terms of the price was completely different than the quote they gave. The price of removing the birds was crazy expensive and beyond ridiculous. When I told them this was not what was actually verbally discussed, they said too bad! Moreover, talking to the office staff was a waste of time and the manager never bothered to deal with my complaint directly. Basically you’ll get little customer support if you run into a problem.

Randy is always Professional and does a very detailed Job and explains things in detail and always gives you great advice on how to avoid any type of bugs. I'm a very neat and clean person, so yes I do take pride in my apartment. Thanks again Randy for always Providing a Great Service. Companies need more Employee's like Randy, It's called Outstanding Customer Service

I had Terminix come in to deal with a rodent in the attic. They said I needed to get the insulation redone as well since it had been there for a while. I said ok, and they quoted $4200, for 600 square feet, but then said because I was a long standing customer they would give me their best offer of $3600. That seemed high, so I went with another company to do the insulation ($1500) but had Terminix handle the rodent exclusion. They guaranteed the rodents were out of the house, so I had the insulation redone, and low and behold, rodents were still there and chewed up the insulation again. Terminix didnt redo the exclusion work nor offer to do anything about the insulation.

when you call terminix, do not tell them you have termite then they will try to charge you so much like $1500 for initial treatment and additional fee for installation and service like $400 and they will have your history in record so when you find termite damage and ask for coverage, they will not cover since preexisting condition. they will come up with all the excuses. Do not tell them you have termite. just tell them you want to do prevention. and when you renew, they will increase at least 10% but tell them you want the same rate (I am paying $250 per year) then they will reduce it. They only do once a year inspection so I am not sure if you want to do it. you can easily find DIY at homedepot or lowes. I got termite service for 5 years and found termite damage but they did not want to cover so this year, I am not renewing.

Oh my goodness. We signed up for quarterly service for $147.34. Sounded good until we were billed for that amount monthly. Seriously, over $1700 per year for 3 hours of service. We were duped.

Using Pest Control is Not Necessary Thing is people, you spray for one, you kill them all. Their website leaves out very important information regarding the fine balance of your yard's ecology. You kill mud daubers, then you have an increased amount of spiders. I read their whole non scientific write up on mud daubers and they failed to mention (weird, wonder why?) that mud daubers voraciously feed on black widows and other spiders. So, if you have a few black widows (which are also not dangerous enough to eradicate), killing mud daubers will do you no good. I for one am sick of pest control people trying to sell the public on how important their services are. When in fact, just letting nature alone, and being a responsible home owner is the best practice.
