Almost 7 weeks and I still haven’t received the earbuds I ordered on December 1st. Tracking information is no help as it’s been in transit in the U.S. since 12/29. Probably got scammed. Don’t trust this website. Oh it’s also find of suspicious that all the good reviews on here are about a damn cardigan. Guess that’s all the Chinese scammers know how to talk about in English or they are writing reviews from a prewritten template.

Scam. Bought an earpiece over Thanksgiving and have yet to see it. Received a shipping notice that it was shipping from Italy and at US Customs after about 3 weeks and shortly afterwards received a shipping notice that it was shipping from China. They overcharged me about $7 but managed to get that back. Every attempt to inquire about an estimated delivery date goes unanswered. Don't order anything from this place unless you want to give your money away.

never received my order (castor oil rollerball) I see there was a similar complaint with this product and when I said it wasn’t delivered to me they recommended me to ask my neighbors and call the local post office and they say that the tracking said it was delivered etc this went on for weeks regarding tracking from China. I ordered beginning of November and just recently heard from them regarding its delivery.. its mid December. Never order from this company!

Never ever do business with tender planets or order anything from a social media ad linked to that fraudulent company! I ordered an under eye roller that was advertised in an Instagram ad and I purchased it and after purchasing discovered that the company I was dealing with was called Tender planets. But I didn't have any issue with that because I had never heard of them before, looked like a good product so I ordered it. I started getting emails from them confirming my order, and then I got a shipping notification and then an email saying my item had been delivered. The problem was, it had not been delivered! I emailed the company and I kept getting stock responses from them saying that according to our shipping partner, they delivered your item on such and such a date to your address and there is nothing more we can do to help you. They suggested I speak to my local post office and speak to my neighbors to see if they had gotten my package by mistake! The notion that the customer is always right does not even occur to this company. They said there was nothing they could do for me. I went back and forth with them after speaking to my local post office and my neighbors, informing them that the package had never been delivered anywhere in my neighborhood but they said we got confirmation from our shipping partner that it was delivered on such and such a date so there is nothing more we can do for you. I ended up filing a claim disputing the charge with my credit card company and they found in my favor and refunded me every penny thankfully. I never received the item but my credit card was charged. My credit card company recognized this as a scam company and refunded my money. But please beware, do not do business with tender planets ever if you want to actually receive the product you are purchasing and not just lose your money and get nothing for it!

Tengo más de un mes esperando dos productos y después de no conocer dónde estaban mis cosas me pasan un correo con un track Numbers de una empresa china de envíos, todo totalmente confuso y que me dirija al servicio postal de mi localidad? Mi pregunta es a cual empresa? Con cual número de guía? Y lo hacen después de un mes? Y alegan que es un problema con el producto? Es en serio todo esto? Me parece que esta gente no tiene seriedad alguna, y no hay quien responda

I ordered a set of in-ear headphones from tender planets via Instagram (needed a new set for jogging). It took almost two months to receive the product, despite promises after the first month thta the headphones were in the country, it still took 1 month to be delivered. Wen the product finally arrived, it was faulty and I just give up now. Accept this is a scam and move on.

I ordered a high precision blood glucose monitor. What I got was a Pulse Oximeter which doesn't work - and it took weeks to get here. Subsquent correspondence reveals that they will not admit their `mistake`, simply offer me paltry `compensation`. Don't touch them with a barge pole !
