Bought a set of knives and after a month of asking where my shipment was I was forced to report fraud. We went back and forth via email then when I asked for my $180 back they stopped replying. Total scam of company and the tracking site they use is apparently what scammers use as they can manually update it..

What a disgraceful company. BEWARE!!! Do not buy anything from this shonky company or you will kiss your money goodbye. I have been offer $2 then $4 as a refund for a badly made shirt. They refuse to give me a return address or a full refund.

BEWARE! Fraudulent . I have not received my item. Purchased 3 months ago. Email responses to my emails are clearly computerized. They will not refund my money. They had sent me to inconsistent tracking numbers. They said they will only send me another one if I pay them more money. And they want me to pay them for the shipping that was lost. Makes no sense whatsoever. Do not buy.

After following up as to why I only received one game pad controller and no 4k Stick I was informed that my purchase was what I received and was offered 2usdt as compensation. I dont want your 2usdt I want what your advertising stated and what i paid for, A DUAL CONTROLLER (2 CONTROLLERS) and the 4k game stick. I'm not happy about this at all. And I will NEVER recommend your site to ANYONE

Placed an order for translation earbuds on Nov. 30th, 2024. Order never received. Contacted them numerous times for a refund. Always get excuse to wait a little longer. Dec. 22nd, 2024 it left JFK after clearing customs, and enroute to my location. Nothing ever arrived. Latest excuse was their vacation for Chinese New Year. Nothing heard from them since. DONT BUY FROM TENDERPLANETS. BIG RIPOFF!!!
