We have been using TenantCloud for over 3 years now and have had a great experience with it. TenantCloud helps us keep everything organized and keeps our tenants on the know by automatically sending them rent payment reminders and letting the tenants and us comunicate within the platform and let's them send maintenence requests and rent payment as well. It's also very helpful by providing us local services/vendors for maintenence requests and allowing us to keep records of everything for tax purposes. It's a one stop shop and we highly recommend it.

At the end of the month or year at the click of a button we can print out totals and see who still owes us money. When it comes to tax season it's helpful to make sure all our expenses are accounted for. The tech support is always so responsive, if you have an issue or you don't understand something or you think something could be programed better, submit an online form and they get back to your later that day. We suggest this to other companies large and small because you can have multiple admin accounts and it's free for your tenants to use. Overall, we are so happy we found this app when we did.

It gives us an easy way to set up recurring transactions and to bill our tenants for various fees. While there have been bugs or questions a few times, the helpdesk has been very responsive.
