My frustration is I was told twice …
My frustration is I was told twice things would be taken care of with a problem with the items I received and both times I've had to call again. And still one of the problems has not been fixed. However, the items themselves are great!

Simply Outstanding
The products I ordered are simply outstanding. I'd received a 22 oz. sport bottle at a golf tournament and thought enough of it to buy another for my wife and a pint glass just for good measure.

Our golf club purchased the white …
Our golf club purchased the white stainless steel tumbler, which came in a red white and blue sack. NO LID ! How in the world can this be used to drink a hot beverage anywhere without spilling??? I very much appreciate if you would send me information anout this issue.

Peg, Thank you for your review. All of our tumblers are shipped with lids, so I am not exactly sure of what could have happened. Send me a message at [email protected], with what size tumbler your have - it should be 20 oz or 28 oz, and your address and we will send a lid out at no charge. Sorry for the inconvenience. Great Product!
I am pleased with the 40oz bottle. Great product! The only suggestion that I would make would that a stainless steal cap be available with a handle on it.

Just perfect! A++++ product and service!
Excellent product - excellent customer service!!! LOVE love LOVE these water bottles! The personalized engraving is great! Purchased a 40oz sport for each of my kids and have a 64oz and 32oz on the way. Being able to purchase extra lids is a super touch. Would definitely recommend and do all the time! THANKS Eric and gang - you guys are fabo!!!

Really love the actual bottle
Really love the actual bottle! However, I bought one as a gift and signed up for "pick up" and it actually shipped to my billing address. So the person being gifted it totally saw it. :( Additionally it was ingraved incorrectly. Nothing that can't be covered up by a sticker, but still mildly annoying. The actual bottle is AWESOME. Would recommend!
