I’m getting better deep sleep and better REM sleep. Overall still not sleeping through the night but wake up feeling good. I take two at bedtime. My husband takes one and he’s been doing better as well. Still not complete nights sleep but improving. We’ll keep taking and see how it goes. It’s definitely part of our routine.
