Tempdrop is a great tool for women who struggle with a traditional BBT. I recommend it to my clients for using as part of a fertility awareness method and have personally used it for almost 8 years. Game changer for postpartum, nursing through the night, and shift work.

I am BEYOND annoyed with this product! The temperature recorded is NOT RELIABLE at all! My main goal was being able to tell when my period is about to arrive. Taking my oral temperature I could see a clear pattern very quickly (already at the 3rd month). My temperature drops 1 to 3 days before getting my period every single time to extremely similar values. I used tempdrop for months and haven’t been able to pick up any pattern at all!!! The temperature maaaybe drops slightly when my period has already arrived but that was different every month. As for ovulation, the reading of tempdrop was always skewed of at least 2 days compared to when I felt ovulation pain AND compared to the official ovulation TESTS (which always matched the pain). This can lead someone to worry they have a too short luteal phase when it is in fact not the case. I tried to leave an honest review on their website and of course THEY DID NOT PUBLISH IT. They ONLY PUBLISH GOOD 3 to 5 stars reviews on their website or that don’t contain complaints about the actual functioning of the device after months of usage. Customer service contacted me after my review to check I was using tempdrop correctly and once they made sure I was (which I indeed was) their long reaponse can basically be summed up to: keep measuring. I do appreciate customer service reaching out but discarding honest reviews that don’t match expectations makes the whole company feel more like a scam than anything else

Love Tempdrop. I have used it to achieve pregnancy, avoid pregnancy with a fertility awareness method and now I’m charting for health. The device is comfortable to wear, easy to use, and takes the stress out of tracking my basal body temperature every morning. The app is straightforward, and I appreciate how it automatically syncs and presents my data clearly. The customer service has also been excellent whenever I've had questions, they've been responsive, friendly, and helpful. Overall, Tempdrop has made cycle tracking much more convenient and reliable, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free fertility tracking solution.

Have used Tempdrop for over 5 years to use with my method to avoid pregnancy and then to plan our first baby. Ive just started using it again for tracking my cycles postpartum and I really couldn't manage to track without this device. Its easy to use and helps me see my fertility status each day.

I have used Tempdrop for approximately 5 years now & it just keeps getting better & better! Cannot recommend this device enough - I have recommended to all my friends. It really helps you understand your cycle, and is so simple to use, yet provides such detailed information. The education via the app is what I wish I had learnt in school. The insights provided, as someone in perimenopause, has helped me understand my hormonal fluctuations better & helped me advocate for better support from my GP. I’ve also received excellent customer support when needed.

Tempdrop has been very easy to use from day one. The setup instructions were clear, and the app is intuitive with convenient data entry and tracking. It’s comfortable to wear at night, and the whole experience feels effortless. I highly recommend it!

Great product and company. I have been a temp drop user for several now. It was so easy to set up, the app is fantastic and the company are always developing the app features to continue to build on their great product. On the few occasions I have needed to contact the support team the responses have always been quick to respond and extremely helpful. The in app tutorials and lessons/information about your cycles are a great way to help educate yourself about your cycles.

I love my Tempdrop. I’m 46, so I’m perimenopausal, and I find it so reassuring to have “insider info” on what my body is doing, menstrual-cycle-wise. It’s definitely helping me through this stage of life. I didn’t have access to this data about my own body when I was ttc, and I really wish I had! They’re easy to use and the charts are intuitive and easy to read. All women should have one!
