Finding out that your order was approved on Thursday but not packed until Friday—causing you to suffer in pain all weekend—is completely unacceptable. You paid for next-day delivery, and we failed to get it out the door in time. There is no excuse for that delay, and we take full responsibility for the breakdown in our process.
