Excellent support and services

Created an account and purchased some credits to implement the Messaging API. Account was blocked automatically by the system - no reason given. I used a credit card that matches my name, and I registered with my company email. So they've taken my money for credits, locked me out and won't reply over email. Support has been of 0 assistance, and takes 24 hours to reply. Live Chat is unavailable, because I cannot login. They are one of the cheapest providers - this is the reason why.

Telnyx service when it works is great and we have never had a major issue with the SIP service. When you receive issues on the SMS service. DO NOT expect Telnyx to care. Yes they will respond to your URGENT request within 5-7 days but it most likely will be to ask you to send them something they already have or to provide LIP SERVICE. If you receive a response from Laolu, you can bet nothing but delays and ignorance. Took them FIVE months to fix a major issue. Telnyx Your RESPONSE, SEVEN MONTHS after I posted this review is a PERFECT example of the ignorance of your support policies.

I am using Telnyx to send SMS for OTP when consumers register on our app or need to change password. They are very helpful and reliable to use their services. I'd recommend to use Telnyx if need to send SMS.

If you aren't tech-savvy at all, it may be preferable to choose a third-party service that manages the entire setup process, including obtaining the number. I appreciate Telnyx's comprehensive documentation on the various rules and regulations associated with business text marketing campaigns. Furthermore, the user interface of Telnyx is user-friendly, allowing me to easily submit a verification request for my toll-free number directly on the platform. In the case of 10DLC, you can also submit your brand and campaign details on the platform itself to ensure compliance with mobile carriers' rules and avoid penalties and fines. All of these conveniences contribute to a smoother approval process.
