Andras
Broken from the very first screen
The signup screen threw an error before I even had an account. It also refuses custom email domains, which is an odd thing to block in 2026. The dashboard UX is poor: tables overflow their containers, screens flicker. Verification is the real problem. Uploaded documents were declined over and over with no reason given, and something accepted in one round came back as declined in the next. I asked repeatedly for an explanation. Nobody ever gave one. Two stars instead of one because support chat did delete my account quickly when I asked.

Hi Andras, Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback. Based on what we can see from your account activity, the signup and account creation itself completed without errors, but I can see you spent significant time stuck waiting on the account upgrade page — multiple visits totaling over 15 minutes with little visible feedback while our verification checks ran in the background. The page should communicate what's happening and how long things will take, and right now it doesn't do that well enough. Your frustration with that experience is completely understandable, and it's something we're actively working to improve. Regarding verification: our records show your identity documents were submitted once and accepted within a few minutes. I don't see repeated declines in your account history. That said, if your experience was different from what our logs reflect, I'd genuinely like to understand where the gap is — there may be a part of the journey we're not capturing. If you're open to it, please reach out to us at [email protected] with the subject line "Attn: Trustpilot Review" and I'll personally look into it. On the dashboard UX issues you mentioned — tables overflowing and screen flickering — I've flagged these with our product team. Specific examples like yours help us prioritize fixes. I'm glad support was able to help with your account deletion request quickly, but I'm sorry it came to that point. If there's anything we can do to make this right, we'd welcome the conversation.
