TelephoneKenya Review
I have used Telephone Kenya phone service for more than a year. It is very convenient to buy credit and the calls go through well but my only problem with them is that they started with 23 minutes per $2 but have increased the cost to 17 minutes per $2 now. Even if they claim that one can get the minutes, it is not true. I have times several times and keep getting only 17 minutes for a $2 credit. If they fix this they will be my preferred phone company, otherwise I almost found a replacement for them.

good service but a bit expensive
The call quality is good but pricing is quite expensive in comparison to other providers lije Biss Revolution

Good voice quality; not so good billing tracking.
Telephone Kenya's website is easy to navigate. Voice quality is good. Ability to reach destination is above average. Cost per call is higher than advertised. Usually billing begins before call is connected. If a call is made and an international operator comes on with a recording, that is being billed making the cost per call higher than advertised..

GOOD CONNECTION.
There is a good connection but the charges are very high compared to other companies. Lower your charges and will recommend more customers to your company.
