Find it in "My Account", and just set in ON. This way, each time you make a call you'll be informed on the balance available before that call. -Congrats! You've managed to collect 2,193 Thank You points. Convert them right now into $21.93 Voice Credit. Go to your account, Activity tab, and press Convert in the Thank You points section, on the right. The connection is good and they are to the minutes the card says it has. Having said that I think the price should be reviewed to lower it. I do hope you will change to better than to worse like most of the international calling cards companies.

I've never had a problem with Telephone Kenya and I I've used their services for at least about 8years,others come and go but this one is the real thing, the only reason I didn't give five stars was because of the rare dropped calls and there's always room for improvement.I'm also disappointed that they never give coupons or points as a reward for consistent customers.if a reliable company came along...I'll go to them coz I don't feel any sense of faithful.ness towards telephone kenya.

It's very clear and the line does not disconnect. Am not giving it 5 star because it does not warn you when the call is about to end.
