Very good for calling
Very good for calling, but when one encounters a problem there's no number to call. For example: I had the Easter coupon and forgot to submit it when ordering minutes. I tried to look for help, but there was no number to call. I wrote an email and up to now no reply. You need a number that someone can call. Who wants to write emails all the time. Think also of those people who cannot write an email and they are your customers.

Hi, Nice to be able to connect with you! Good news, you can do that! There's a FREE feature in your account called Speed Dialling that helps you skip that stage (entering the full number). Log into your online account and look for Speed Dialing. Assign a phone number to a digit easily and add a name to identify it. You can set up several numbers, no worries. Next time you make a call, just tap the digit assigned. Hope it helps!

I have used telephone Kenya for many…
I have used telephone Kenya for many year. I liked it for its efficiency. I liked the plan I had for $50 per month and I did use it for months. The only problem is that I have been loosing a lot of rollover minutes and when you call to ask about it, the 2 people I talked to they did not handle my case well. I opted to get credit as need be. I wish handling can be btter.

No catch or bug discovered so far
The quality of the line (from Europe to Eastern Africa) was good, and the application is easy to handle. Prices are decent, although I have not made an extensive comparison.
