Last week we had indeed a lower quality due to some technical issues on the part of one of our carriers. But the quality is back to normal now.
Whenever you encounter problematic calls, please star rate that call to adjust your routing. The feature is available in your account, under the Activity tab.

Quality of calls excellent but not through keep calling app
Your app is not working. You can't call from the app or recharge directly. The quality of the calls are awesome. But now i have to call the old way,using an access number.

Please follow these steps to make it work.
-Check your Internet connection / speed. The app does not work properly if Internet is slow, since it cannot connect you to our servers.
-Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device. If not, please delete it and reinstall it for free.
-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.

Since you're using the app, most probably the cause is the low speed of your Internet connection around that time. You can ask the provider about it, as well as try the following.
Make sure:
-you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers.

Expensive rates per minute
Expensive rates per minute. Not competitive now that there are other new platforms to connect that offer little to nothing connectivity.

Just needed to let you know that prices are directly connected with calling quality in the Telecom industry. So, basically, if you're calling without using an app or Internet connection, an access number needs a clean strong route. Costs to keep a good one active are not small for Kenya.

I believe that the service is a little expensive
I believe that the service is a little expensive. I have had problems in the past with the connection. I’m not sure where that problem exists, wether on this side of the call or the other end. We do not call a lot, because of the expense. We would call more offen, if the rate was more reasonable.

I bought voice credit yesterday hoping …
I bought voice credit yesterday hoping to call later, unfortunately I could not make a very important call even after trying for hours. All I could get is a message your call cannot be completed. I tried other phone numbers and I kept getting the same message. I ended up using rebtel app which is more expensive but reliable. I can't give telephone kenya even 4 star until they address this issue. I will give them another try but if this keeps happening I'm going to use other methods to make my long distance calls.
