Hi Divine, The rates reflect the costs on the global market. These costs affect all international calling operators. Unlike many, we have NO FEES (no connection or maintenance fees, etc), calling credit carries on from month to month for the Voice service, the routes are high quality (no comprise on this), and you get: -Regular offers by email (if you're subscribed). -Thank You points (loyalty points) for your purchases. You've collected 444 so far, and when you get to 1000 you can convert them into $10 Voice Credit for free calls. The option is available in your account, My Information tab. Still we're working to lower the rates by lowering the costs. When major drops occur automatically, we usually send an email notification to our subscribers. Keep in touch!

Hi Shelina, All taxes are visible in the top up process on the website and the checkout. No hidden fees or small print. What you see there is all that is to this transaction. As for the "money" that reach the destination, please consider that Mobile Recharge is a transfer of goods service and it abides by other rules than a currency exchange service. So, since you're using the app, please make sure: -You have the latest version installed. -TRy the offline calling option from the app. It's most useful when Internet speed is slow, which most of the times influence the call quality majorly. Any time the costs go down, the rates go down automatically and when major drops take place, we send an email to our subscribers. Do you know there are ways to get free credit? -Thank You points for example. They apply when you make a purchase on TelephoneKenya. When you reach 1000, you can convert them yourself into $10 Voice Credit for free calls. Check your current points in your account, My Information tab. -Invite friends to try the service and you earn 500 points for each friend who places their first order with TelephoneKenya.com. Send your invites by email, from your online account. This way you'll have your referral code included. So, go to My Information tab, and on the right you have the Thank You points email option.
