Dud when credit is about to run while…
Dud when credit is about to run while you are in a conversation...is there a way you can get that warning earlier?

Hi Elvis, Thank you for your implicit suggestion! At the moment, you can always check your balance online and inside KeepCalling app. Also, we recommend you activate the free feature called Auto Recharge, in your online account. Every time your balance drops below $5 we'll recharge your PIN with the amount specified. This way you will have more control over your balance and ensure that you never run out of call time. Like any international service that offers transfer of goods, we apply a processing fee for each transaction since you are transferring credit to a mobile number in a different country, for a different currency. I've been using this service for over 5 …
I've been using this service for over 5 years. However lately telephone connections are poor and can't seem to hear my calls or the people receiving my calls can't hear me. My caller ID used to display my cellphone number but I have got numerous complaints that my calls display different numbers each time I place a call. This is annoying because no one seems to be able to identify who the caller is. These issues need to be fixed. I have started shopping but if they're taken care of I'll stay with telephone Kenya.

Sometimes I'm charged just by trying to call, even before I get through, it's very disappointing. Looks like someone is just interested in their sales and not customer satisfaction.

customers care and security
I feel there should be a mechanism in place when one's a customer make' s an era he or she can be protected by the company he or she is doing business with. I find it unacceptable that Telecome kenya or its argent safaricom cannot be hold accountable or to have a mechanism to retrieve or block or hold the third party accountable since all phone are registered and any transaction can be traced. This is the most undoing of kenyan companies and that is why we in diaspora wouldn't like to do business with kenyan companies. We rather opts to deal with multinational company than dealing with kenyan companies for safety and security of our transactions or business. l hope they can look at their policies and see those areas of some of our concerns and address it

Rate is high and customer service is bad.
Your minute is not real. You charge even when the phone call has not gone through. I only use your service when I run out of prepaid calling card. I called one time for customer service and the person I talked to was rude. I would never recommend you to anyone.
