Hello, Kenya 500 is a monthly plan, which offers 500 minutes which you can use for 30 days. When the 30 days are up, that batch of minutes expires, whether used or not, and you get a new batch of 500 minutes. This is the way monthly plans work, unfortunately minutes don't roll over. We apologize for the inconvenience! Your TelephoneKenya team

Hello, Thank you for your feedback! In order to ensure the highest app call quality, please go through these checks: -Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection. -Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device. -Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call. As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app. You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://telephonekenya.com/access_numbers. Your TelephoneKenya team

Hi Ivy, Thank you for opening up the topic. The rates are 100% transparent. The service has no hidden fees. What you get in the checkout is what you get as balance in your account. We cannot afford the "suspicious" behavior since the service is certified BBB and TRUSTe. The costs influence the rates, of course. But we inform our customers on email by all major changes. Indeed, it is only the newsletter subscribers that get informed on rate decreases too. Rates are the reflection of several international transactions. When costs go down, rates go down too. Automatically! Did you know there are ways to ear credit? 1. You get Thank You points on your transactions. When you reach 1000, you can convert them yourself into $10 Voice Credit for free calls anywhere. You've managed to collect 150 so far. 2. Win free credit by recommending the service to your friends. For each friend who tries the service, you get $5 worth Thank You points. For 2 friends you get 1000 points, that is $10 Voice Credit. You can read more about it: https://TelephoneKenya.com/thank_you_points 3. Discounts and Bonuses by email. If you don't get them, although you're one of our subscribers, please make sure you've checked the spam folder as well. Keep in touch!
