I wish I had read the reviews

If I could give zero stars, I would. They are only interested in money

This company talks down to you like you're a baby. Every psychiatrist I've had in this company refuses to get me tests, and makes me feel invalidated when I finally win the fight to get them and I'm diagnosed. I'm doing all the work for them, and yet they always like to emphasize that my disorders are "mild" and "not severe," well my anxiety was so bad it gave me an ulcer so how the hell do you explain that as MILD? All of the psychiatrists here like to make you feel like nothing is wrong with you and you should stop seeing them, and yet, despite them not admitting my cases are severe, they try to pressure me into taking medicine? This place is sketchy and had horrible service, I would not recommend anyone goes here. I did take a lot of medicine on their command, and every single one they've given me has had horrible side effects, and yet they continue to pressure me into trying more. I'm not a damn lab rat, screw this company and screw all the "doctors."

It is my experience as former employee that this organization has alot of administrative ' fakeness' and" CYA" ness. It is belief that providers are essentially present to fulfill the salaries of administrative personnel. There is much non communication , disorganization and uncoordination of admin with providers. Providers are asked ( close to mandated) to add on additional billing codes that may not apply for increased reimbursement from 3rd part payors . It appears that the clinic practitioners are essential "proving grounds " for any new pharma meds that come out . I did not experience any comradery among the providers , more of competitiveness based upon insecurity. I would not recommend additional providers to this organization .

The patient portal sent me to a physical location when my appointment was actually online. There are often glitches in the connections to the appointments. Several times the patient portal has shown the wrong time for my appointments. They have not been billing me correctly either. They have acknowledged this, but 2 weeks later, they have not fixed it. They billed me once and the bill screamed at me that it was past due when it was actually the first time they had billed me for that visit. These guys are a mess!

I waited months for an appointment, was not contacted in any other way besides text and tested poorly. I was not given the zoom link until 4 minutes before my appointment despite me song for it 30 minutes prior (they won't send earlier and they are supposed to send the morning off) and then was treated poorly because I wasn't in on time. The "check-in" was horrible and they wouldn't turn their camera on. I was assured that the PA would though so I dealt with it. However, when the PA came in, is was told they had to wish the appointment because I can't in late and they have done poor excuses about their camera not working. Literally said they don't know why and they think its because they had to re-install zoom. I'm not comfortable, especially on a first appointment, talking to a black screen. I said if they could please find a way to turn the camera on because of the fact I just stated and all she said was "ok" and thrm disconnected. Disgusting service and non existent customer service.

I don’t understand how a mental health crisis can be so ignored after the initial visit and change in medication. How is this overseen and ethical ? I CANNOT get a hold of anyone. My medication on two bottles says a different provider and then one says the person that told me how I should be dealing with my situation, taking away a medication and drastically altering another. Being 55 I understand & have been through the agony of seeing what it takes to get medication correct. HOWEVER I’ve always had a healthcare provider!! At the very least I’ve had the ability to speak to someone in order to pass along a message. Two months I tried. To no avail. No one told me that my rx provider is just no longer working. No prior authorization were ever done. No therapy follow up or referral was done. My lab work was never called in or able to be done. How is it in this world you miss a smog certificate & you jeopardize getting your registration (no negotiation with DMV) but with telemed2u they can throw out all sorts of misinformation and neglect patients and it’s fine. There are people who desperately need help to a level where it’s life or death. And I feel that this establishment may not be taking it as seriously as they should. It’s very unforgiving when you are already beat down in life.

You will never get a hold of them. Waste of time
