If surprised and happy had a face, it would be mine! I ordered the Ultimatum Mega pack for my hubby's birthday, and it literally took 10 days to get to us in Nairobi, Kenya. Right on time for his birthday!!!!!! A huge shoutout to John from Tefors! He was A1! He took me through the pre-purchase process in terms of choosing a perfect birthday gift and helping me track my order. The customer support is definitely a 20 out of 10. I'm very happy and ready to order some Christmas gifts for my fam! Thanks a bunch!

Tefors bags might look cool. However, the customer service does not match the looks. The main issue is that this company does not use any major shipping company in the US. As a result, they contract their shipping out to lesser know and smaller shipping companies that are not well known or good. In my case, the bag was left out in the wrong place and was stolen. Normally, for most US companies, this would not be a problem. However, when I reached out and explained (based on the images that the shipping company had provided and how they clearly left the package at the wrong place) they simply did not respond to my email (not that they denied or rejected my claim but simply ignored). I followed up three more times and got a response from "John" saying he would get back to me by the EOD..... again, completely lied and ignored my email. I would be very very very cautious buying this bag because their customer service is very poor. If there are any issues with the bag, you will be given zero support. The customer service is unlike anything I have seen in the US. IT seems like most of their positive reviews are written by their own associates.

Emma took care of me with customer support, and my experience was the best so far! She is kind, quick to respond, very understanding and willing to help. This company and team truly cares about their custiomers.

I cannot enthuse enough about my new Ultimatum bag from Tefors. It arrived in a beautifully presented packaging box with classy bespoke protection cover. The bag itself exceeded my expectations and the attention to detail is first class as has the communication with Tefors been keeping me informed of its arrival. A great product and delightful customer experience-thank you guys!

I ordered the 2Face Backpack and it came pretty quickly. I’m just as excited as I was with it on day one because it’s super practical for carrying on the motorbike around the city. A month later I got the Camera Cube Add-On and that fits perfectly inside so now my cameras are also safe.

I’ve been a Tefors customer for years and I can’t recommend them enough. The combined utility and great design has made people ask me all the time where the bags are from. Having one bag 💼 for all your needs and travels is just so awesome and once you get that experience you don’t want to go back to any old bags.

Highly recommended! The bags are great with a nice professional look but versatile for overall travel. I supported on Kickstarter and after about a year began to have an issue with one of the zips. After sending a couple of photos of the issue to Tefors customer service, they sent me a new bag. As my original one was out of stock they gave me the option to wait or choose another option, which I did. The replacement saffiano leather arrived last week and is a stunner I think. I cannot speak more highly of the product, which has served me well, but also the customer service, which is beyond amazing. John was the best!
