My experience with TEFLOnline.com has given me the opportunity to study the ESL teaching curriculum at my own pace and within the comfort of my own home. This well planned out course allows the student to focus on topics and spend time on various subjects that may be more difficult than others. Also, the program causes the student to look at the language learning experience from the ESL Students perspective and points out some of the difficulties that students of various languages may encounter when learning English. I believe that this course has given me a foundation by which I could easily teach an ESL class from a popular ESL Text Book and Workbook. I have learned much about creating fun and diverse exercises to enhance any such program and a well defined structure in which to present lessons to ESL Students. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who has the ability to work on their own and is motivated to absorb the information from each module that will provide them with well rounded skills to be a great ESL Teacher!!!!!!

The 120 hour course was very well done. Everything about the course and the personnel felt very professional. Having taught ESL for one year before taking this course, I can attest that this course covers all the important aspects of teaching ESL/EFL, and will thoroughly equip you. I am far more equipped now, and more confident in going forward with pursuing future ESL/EFL job opportunities. The feedback from my tutor was always prompt and helpful. And the administrative staff was always quick to resolve any technical issues or questions I had with the course. I highly recommend this course to anyone considering teaching ESL/EFL.

At first I didn't know what to expect since I had never done a certification or even taken a class online. After getting done with the first few modules I knew that this was going to work out. It wasn't until I had to do the final test that i knew I was going to have to work for this. It took me half my tries but when I passed I was happy that I could proudly say that I have a certificate on TEFL!!! I have already told people about this amazing site and I hope that they use it!!

I studied the program at TEFLOnline because I wanted to teach English as a foreign or second language. Little did I know at the time that I would be invited to teach Business Studies in a bilingual school in Uruguay, in English. However, what I did not realize is that the level of English that the students have, has given me the opportunity to use almost everything I studied with TEFLOnline!
