I ordered back to school tshirts on Aug. 2. The website said it would be a 5 to 6 day processing before shipment. This gave me plenty of time to get them before school started on Aug. 29. On August 15, the shirts were still processing and I contacted customer support, they told sent me a 9.95 refund and said they would ship soon. I have no idea why it was 9.95. On August 22, the shirts still hadn't processed, again I contacted them. This time they sent a 19.95 refund and no other information. On Aug. 29, the shirts still had not processed or shipped. As of today, Sept. 2, the shirts are being "readied for shipping" but have not yet reached the DHL terminal. By the time they get to me, it will be at least two weeks from the start of school. If you are looking for a specific date - don't order from this company. I can't tell you about the shirts, because I don't have them yet!

I must say I started off not a fan of this company, I ordered a shirt and the size was too small. But teeready was very cooperative and worked with me to change my size. I am a happy customer and stand behind this company. Just order a size or two bigger.

I ordered shirts for our office staff. The sizes were spot on and the printing turned out great!!! The shirts came earlier than expected, which was great because we wanted to wear them on the last day of school. All around a great experience!

I've been trying to call and email them about a invoice and the emails get sent back and when I try to call it says all lines are busy to try again later. I love the quality of their shirts and they are five star, but getting a hold of customer service is below average.
