The ordering was simple and the quality of the product was as it appeared online

I ordered the paraprofessional t shirt for thanksgiving and couldn’t have been more pleased. I’ve gotten nice compliments from students and school staff. Can’t wait to see my shirt for December.

I love the quality of the actual shirt, but the processing and shipping information left much to be desired. I ordered seven shirts on 10/11. There was no shipping or delivery information available until after the order was placed. The processing window turned out to be huge (10/11 - 10/24). The only information the tracking softeware supplied for all but the last package was "shipped". It did not I did give any estimates on when the packages would arrive. The first four shirts were shipped out one at a time and took five to six days to arrive. As of Saturday, the final three shirts had not yet even finished processing let alone shipped. I had to emergengy order these shirts from another vendor with a guaranteed shipping date in order to be sure that I would receive them in time. Also one shirt was sent in a child's size intead of a women's size. It is streaked with shadows on it that look like dust.

I ordered two shirts several weeks ago for Halloween. I received one but not the other. I’ve emailed inquiring about the missing shirt with no response. I just filed a claim. I really hope my partner teachers shirt comes in but I feel like if it does, it will be late. Big sad. 😩

There’s a wide variety of t-shirts. I love the printing. One of the shirts I ordered was way too small although I ordered the correct size. I contacted customer service via email and they were about to send me out another t-shirt in a larger size.

I love TeeReady! The quality is phenomenal, and they ship so fast! I get lots of compliments on my shirts too.
