Super service, excellent product!
Nice mug, the metal construction is super for my elderly great-uncle that has slightly impaired mobility at 90 years of age! The delivery was timely and the item was exactly as pictured. Great service.

Mina Tee was fantastic
Mina Tee was fantastic. The order process was great and easy. The shipping took a little longer than expected but when I reached out to customer service they were very responsive and updated me in the shipping progress.When my order arrived, the quality was great. The sweatshirt was a little small for my son, so I asked if I could exchange for a larger size. They responded to me right away and were very gracious to send me out a larger one , right away... no charge. They didn’t even want me to send the small one back. I was SO impressed by that generosity. We donated the smaller size to a lucky neighborhood boy. He was so happy too. Thank you ,Mina Tee. You are a great company with outstanding customer service . I have told all my friends about your company and the very positive experience I have had. Thank you again

Great customer service!
These guys are super great about their communication with their customers! Initially, I was having difficulty with tracking my order and they were super helpful and made sure to get back to me when the tracking was getting updated. Then when I received my order and wasn't totally satisfied with it, they were very helpful and communicative with me to make things right. I really appreciate all that they did to help me, and their product was something my boyfriend really loved getting, so I'm super happy overall!

Super Product, Excellent Service
Their hoodie is super quality material and construction. They provided excellent service. They sent a replacement hoodie when the first one was lost in the USPS and didn't arrive for Christmas. Eventually after both had arrived I offered to pay for the second one but Mina Tee graciously gifted it to me.

Excellent customer service and great quality for the product
I purchased a sweater and wanted to add a custom name on the back of the sweater, I had a few questions and when I emailed them, they quickly responded and gave me all the details. The purchase was made with ease and the communication that they had with me from the moment I placed the order to the delivery shipment, was excellent. I received the sweater today and the quality is great. I highly recommend them.

Mina Tee was amazing with the tracking of my packages. Always responded back to email and the products, tshirts and sweatshirts are so perfect! I would definitely buy from them again and i can’t wait till Christmas morning to give them their Kobe gear!!
