Dear Viktor, First of all, we are really sorry for the delay in shipping of your package. Regarding this order, the package is in transit. It might have not been scanned through each transit yet, which caused the lack of online tracking updates. The carrier is experiencing an overload due to the peak season but trying its best to clear the backlog and deliver all the packages. Please kindly wait for 2 more days. We are trying our best to work with the delivery unit to get an update on this as well. If the package is lost, please rest assured that we will process the replacement/refund as per your request. Once again, we hope you accept our most sincere apology. We will get back to update you with the latest information. Best regards,

Hi Michele, We are really sorry for the delivery delay of your order. As we explained with you in the previous email, the package is in transit. It might have not been scanned through each transit yet, which caused the lack of online tracking updates. Sometimes, the package needs to be routed past the destination to the distribution center and then out for delivery later. We have already contacted our delivery unit again to get the latest update of your package. It is expected to be delivered on June 18th. We hope you can wait patiently to receive it. If it is not delivered, we will process the further action for you. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. If there is anything that we can do, please let us know.

Hi Peter, We are really sorry for the delay of your order. The package was shipped out and this is the tracking link for you to follow: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9274890267787706599279 However, the hoodie might have not been scanned yet, which caused the lack of online updates, especially during the holiday season and the complicated situation of Covid 19. In this case, we hope to receive your patience and understanding. We are trying our best to get an update on this case too. After 14 business days since the day it was shipped out, if there is still no update about the package, we will process the refund or replacement as per your request. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If there is anything else that we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind regards,
