Wonderful mat!! It's much softer and more flexible than I imagined and has a velvety smoothness on the surface which feels lovely and lets you slide into positions, while still giving enough grip so you don't too easily slip out of position either. The print is so cool, even close up when your on the mat it looks great not a cheap print by any means. Very much in appriciation!!!

Horrible company and worst customer service. I purchased items and they were NEVER received! Continuous calls to customer service (which is all AI) and still haven’t received or resolved anything. Very frustrating. Would not ever do business with them again. Would not advise wasting your time or money on this scam of a company!

Terrible customer service and quality - received item but it did not fit. They had me measure it several times and then said that they have a 1-2 inch variance that is allowable. They will not accept the return. The fit was actually a size smaller than ordered anyway.

Thanks for your kind email. After we've looked into this order, we realized that this Men 4XL received a jersey match true to our size chart. Please kindly let us know and explain some points below. - The chest measurement on the jersey received is 28.8in, the measure Men 4XL from the size chart 29.1in half chest ( 74 cm = 29.1in ) - attached image below - According to our policy, there is an approximation 1-2 inches difference so it is acceptable. In this case, we sent the correct size you placed. To dive into this, we would like to offer you 10% OFF for the next transactions to save more. Anything you need, kindly let us know. Same as all the other poor reviews written. Placed order on Dec 6 and still no product. Poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else.

I bought a sweatshirt on Nov 30th for a Christmas present and it hasn’t moved since Dec 4th. Today is Dec 20th. This company doesn’t have a phone only email and they reply once a day with a stock email reply. “Your shipment is going to update soon.” It’s been 16 days and there has been no movement. Linda Teehall is now offering me a 10 percent discount on a future order. No offer to replace the item. Before you buy anything from this company read their return and exchange policies.

I’ve left a review and get a response back that my order is ready to be shipped 5 days ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. These are Christmas presents that i ordered 3 weeks ago. Very very poor business management and will never buy from them again
