I ordered a shirt. It took forever (several weeks, actually) to arrive. Then I exchanged it for a smaller size. Now, a full month later, I yet to receive the replacement shirt. These guys are pathetically slow!

Ordered 4 clubs they have nothing in stock, no reply from anyone. Out of 4 they claim to have sent one. Why do they sell what they dont have!!!

Quite possibly the worst customer service out of any online retailer that I have ever purchased from. I ordered a hat almost two months ago and since then I have sent 8 emails to find out information on my order, every response I get I’m told that the item will be shipping in a few days and I will receive tracking information then a week goes by and I repeat the process. I have tried to call customer service several times including right when they open and there is a message saying they are on the line with another customer and will call back which they have not done. I do believe this could be a possible scam operation like other reviewers my credit card was charged right away and now I can’t speak to anyone in person. I’m disputing the charge and reporting them to the BBB. Stay away from these guys, there are so many good online golf retailers out there I wish I had read these reviews and not tried to save a couple dollars ordering from The Golf Club.

Scam operation. Ordered head covers but never received them. The “chat” Option on their website is a fake. Sent email and got no response. I suspected something was up when the first and only email I got wouldn’t give me shipping status unless I gave them essentially all my personal information (I purchased with PayPal). The positive reviews here are fake!

Placed a order (2257650) 5/14/22 Received a email from aftership tracking 5/16/22 that it was delivered. It was not at our front door as stated. Since you can’t call teegolf.com I’ve sent two emails to info@teegolf on 5/16/22 - 5/19/22 & 5/25/22 with no response back… Today is 5/30/22 This was a birthday gift, thanks teegolfclub.com you ruined that. Do not shop here! Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered a wedge on April 6,2022. It's currently May 27 and I'm still waiting on it to ship.i have several emails stating it will ship within a week, in fact I got another one today. Luckily, I paid for it on PayPal so I can ask for a refund.

I would give a negative 5 if I could!!! Ordered 2 FJ shirts and only received one which is to big. I have called for 2 weeks and no answer via phone. I did get a email back a week ago saying to email their returns dept. I emailed and no response!!! I have filed a complaint with FJ and will dispute the charges with my Amex. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I don’t know much about this company but in my experience I would recommend everyone to stay away from them.

Ordered some socks 2/8/22 & after hounding them 3/7/22 I was told I'd have them shipped in the next week. Today's 3/21/22 & I can't get anyone to respond to cancel my order. Absolutely a poor experience.
