I placed an order for a product that won't be in stock for months. I was never asked if I would like to cancel my order. Why was I allowed to purchase an item the company knew was not available and why am I being asked to write a review on an incomplete order? Poor business.

ORDERED TWO CLUBS EXPECTING 3-5 DAY DELIVERY (AS PER THE WEBSITE). APPROXIMATELY 7 DAYS LATER I RECEIVED ONE OF THE CLUBS. I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT THE OTHER AND THE REP WAS IMMEDIATELY RUDE AND SAID HE COULD CANCEL MY ORDER OUT OF THE BLUE FOR NO REASON (SAID THAT TO GET OFF THE PHONE WITH ME). I COULD GO INTO A LOT OF DETAIL. I LEFT A GOOGLE REVIEW SO YOU CAN READ THE ENTIRE EVENT TIMELINE. THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS VERY VERY RUDE AND APPARENTLY MISINFORMED ABOUT THE CLUB ORDER.

I ordered a product and expected it to be at my house within the standard ground shipping days. I called because it did not show up and they told me it did not get sent out yet. I asked the manager if they could send it to me sooner and he refused and told me to go buy the next day shipping package. I wasn't waiting 2-3 weeks for my product.

Never heard from them once I asked for instructions to return pants Ignored all communications. And Nike does not back them up so you are on your own with this company which appears to be run by one person.do not advise buying from them

I placed an order on the website for Nike pullovers that showed in stock. I received a timely acknowledgement and another update that my order was being packed and shipped. Then the next email was that the items I ordered were not in stock. This was after my card was charged. I was offered an alternative selection and at the same price. Interesting part about that was the alternative was listed at a lower price than what I paid for what I had ordered. Not sure why I was offered an another item and would be charged more than the listed price. I requested a refund which took a few days for someone to respond, but the credit was eventually issued.

Ordered permasoft all white golf gloves as pictured on the order. Ordered quantity 4 Received the order. Packaged on top. .. The all white glove we ordered! The other 3 gloves were different...black and white in an all white packaged sleeve. WANTED ALL WHITE Not happy. Trying To get someone for 2 days to get this resolved. To answer and call back. No tags for exchanges ...
