TeefrostReviews of teefrost.com

I have placed 2 separate orders for T-shirts to come to me in Australia. Both orders have been delivered as expected and within 5 weeks of being ordered each time (the 2nd arrived today ordered 18th July) I will probably be ordering more at some stage.. very happy customer :-)

On 7/14/21, I ordered a women's size XXL T-shirt as a gift (total cost $31.95 plus $4.99 shipping.) The shirt arrived 14 days later and, although the tag says it is an XXL, it is much smaller than advertised in the Teefrost size guide. I filed a claim with Teefrost (the online claim filing system didn't work for me, but their customer service department responded to an email and filed the claim for me) and they did refund all of my money. Thus, I am ultimately satisfied, though disappointed the shirt will not work as the gift I had intended. Note that there is no way to speak to a person at their customer service department. You must communicate via email or using the claim system

Bought a shirt 3 months ago and still haven't received it even though they said it shipped. Safe to say that this site is a complete fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I gave an order to teefrost at 2021-04-17, payed nearly $100 at the same date and did not receive any shirt until to date. In May I asked for the shirts and got the answer they are in time. But teefrost does not have any clue where the package is. I should wait, the shirts will come until 2021-06-16. I stayed paciently but nothing arrived. Today, 2021-06-16, I asked teefrost to send my money back. Hopefully they will do.

Great selection of designs. Nice fabric and printing. Sizes tend to run small. Order next size. Excellent customer service. They will send you another shirt if size is not right rather than refund since shirts are printed as ordered. But the work really hard on making it right.

Ordered a t-shirt and a hooded sweatshirt for my woodworking husband for Valentine’s Day; ordered on 1/29 and received almost immediate notification of Covid delays. Nevertheless, order received on 2/17. Very pleased with quality of fabric and printing, and the fit is perfect!

The quality of this product was much better than I expected. That's because most shirts I gotten on-line had designs that were much smaller and prone to fading. It was much larger and looked better than advertised. I told my wife that it was going to be my uniform for the winter. I plan to wear it over my other shirts. Extremely well done.

This shirt was exactly as shown in the picture,my son will love it!!It came really fast, no issues at all.
