I am currently trying to find my item that marks the 250th year of the USA. I had a perfect storm of first the TEEFROST package being the only item coming to my mailbox then second the delivery was late, but recorded as delivered. I then found out my regular postal employee had a substitute deliver the route because I saw her the next day and we agreed that I should visit my local post office. They used my Teefrost tracking number and their system states my item was delivered. I then emailed Teefrost to let them know the online tracking may reflect completion, but my fingers are still crossed at this time to receive my eye catching selection.

On 7/14/21, I ordered a women's size XXL T-shirt as a gift (total cost $31.95 plus $4.99 shipping.) The shirt arrived 14 days later and, although the tag says it is an XXL, it is much smaller than advertised in the Teefrost size guide. I filed a claim with Teefrost (the online claim filing system didn't work for me, but their customer service department responded to an email and filed the claim for me) and they did refund all of my money. Thus, I am ultimately satisfied, though disappointed the shirt will not work as the gift I had intended. Note that there is no way to speak to a person at their customer service department. You must communicate via email or using the claim system

The product quality is very good. Mugs are printed on both sides so the design is visible to both the user and others regardless of the hand used to drink with. Printing on t-shirts is something between sublimation and screen printing, unsure of the exact method, it appears it will hold up well. Standard shipping is provided by DHL. Notifications go out for each type of item shipped, it's not all in one package. Multiple mugs will be shipped individually, however only one notification is provided when they're shipped. Not disappointed in this vendor, however improvements could be made.
