Sizes don't run true. Customer service is a joke.
Ordered a shirt which was much smaller than other shirts labeled the same. Contacted Teeallseason and their generic contact form somehow ordered me a second shirt. Their customer service phone is a joke -- endless loop with no ability to leave a message. Their email contact is also a joke and has no space for comments/explanations. I managed to cancel the extra shirt they ordered for me. The answers to emails were all boilerplate. The shirts are all "custom printed" and therefore there are no refunds (AT ALL). The fact that their shirt was two sizes smaller than normal is obviously not a concern to them. So $30 down the drain.
