Bad on various levels. All sweatshirts 2 sizes to big. Tried to contact by email. Their program doesn't recognize my only email address so I can't contact them to either exchange or return the items. I call the phone number and it has two questions and no one to speak to. This is totally wrong.

Terrible customer service!! Ordered 3 shirts received wrong sizes ordered replacements...still wrong sizes. Have offered twice to return shirts and requested REFUND but said they don’t refund. This so called company is a rip off and am reporting them to card company. What a scam. Patricia Mills

So annoyed with this company. I ordered a present for my sister back in May. I keep emailing to ask where it was and they kept sending me the tracking details. It never arrived and I complained as I really wanted the gift. They have come back now saying I’m out of time and neither the gift or a refund can be had😡 During COVID all post is erratic and they say things take longer, but your complaint has to be in in a set time, bloody joke DONT BUY OFF THEM 😡😡😡

Not good to deal with.ordered in april 2020 was advised it was shipped in may 2020.figured with covid it may take a while so didnt worry too much.emailed them in july asking for an update.i got an email back with a link to put in a claim which i did.i asked where it was as it still hasnt replied.got an email back 7 aug rejecting my claim and as its put of the 60 day period to put in a claim my money wont be refunded.1/10 for custoner service

Terrible company to do business with. Not sure if it even exists. Ordered T-shirt on 6/22/20, received order # & confirmation but as of today, nothing !!!

My wife ordered a Tee shirt on the 13th May , they debited the account but did not provide an order number , Tried to contact them with no avail, my wife thought she may have made an error , but could not contact the company, and I tried to send an email previously, with details I thought that I had but obviously not as I received no reply.At this time my wife has given up all hope of getting her Tee shirt. At this point in time I would not recommend this company, I have purchased other items from companies in USA and received the product in 1-2 weeks in Australia PS Posted review 28/7 it arrived 30/7 Quality questionable

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !! Do NOT order from them! There is no way to speak to a person on the phone, their email responses are canned and not helpful at all! I ordered on 6/11/2020 and understand covid related delays. HOWEVER, the website said to allow 10-20 days for the item to be shipped. It is now 7/21/2020 and the status still says "PRINTING"! Why are they even selling something that isn't even printed yet?! It doesn't disclose that when you order! I'm livid and believe this is a SCAM and am now going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Don't order from them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The adds say orders ship in 5-20 days! After 27 days my order was not even done printing? I contacted them and was told it will ship in another 7 days? Then another 10 to 20 days to arrive? I asked for a refund because it has not yet shipped! I was told NO! They lie in the adds and are over priced for the service they provide! As others have said, "STAY AWAY!!"
