Very happy with my order.came quickly and was what I wanted

I liked the quality and the quick delivery of the T-shirt I ordered. There sayings were cute and witty! They fit the personality of my musician friend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The adds say orders ship in 5-20 days! After 27 days my order was not even done printing? I contacted them and was told it will ship in another 7 days? Then another 10 to 20 days to arrive? I asked for a refund because it has not yet shipped! I was told NO! They lie in the adds and are over priced for the service they provide! As others have said, "STAY AWAY!!"

Run from these folks as fast as you can. Absolutely no customer service when I had an issue with an order. Took forever to ship. Then charged for two instead of one. T-shirts are all different brands and quality. When I tried to contact them to get the order correct there was no living breathing person only auto replies. Was never able, after three attempts, to get the order correct. After first washing, couldn’t read the caption. Terrible quality and no customer service. Run away.

Good quality tshirt! Had a sizing issue which customer service took care of for me, the reprint took a while but was accurate, fits, and the design is great.

Poor quality. Ordered a t shirt which took a while to arrive but that was understandable. Was initially happy but after 1st wash it is unwearable. I was very careful and washed it inside out on a delicate 30 degree wash, there were no instructions on the garment surprise, surprise. When I took the t shirt out the transfer on the front had almost completely worn away and was all cracked. Don't buy from this company

I believe this is a sham company, I ordered 2 tree's on 5/20. I've been promised dates the order would ship several times, and each time the date came and went without shipment. I've contacted my credit card company for a refund.

UPDATE: The order finally arrived last week. Almost 2 months to receive the item. Order May 12th-keeps saying should have been shipped by 06/10-but still states in printing phase. Automatic responses give no help with email. Unable to cancel order through company due to them saying they can't cancel once printing is confirmed-Totally unacceptable and no customer service.
