The hair wasn’t raw as advertised :/ I bought 4 bundles of their raw Cambodian double drawn.

I’m 59 years old. So, I say this in full confidence that was one of the best experiences for hair shopping since Lugo’s on Synder Ave. The staff at both locations Brooklyn and Queens were professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. The online ordering was supernatural because I got the hair within hours for pick up. I mentioned the affordable prices and service to a few women including my daughters. Quality of hair is phenomenal. Overall new customer for LIFE 🫶🏽 Thank you 🙏

My experience was great! Pick up went smooth! The hair is beautiful, doesn’t shed and literally looks like my natural hair. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 if because I had to replace all the tape on my tape ins because the tape wasn’t holding at all!

I always purchase the wigs and bundles and my clients love it so i tried the bulk hair and so far my clients love the hair as well

Ordered Raw Indian Hair, hair is horrible quality not raw hair at all, waiting for company to respond so I can get a refund, hair tangled right out of package, nothing about this hair is raw, bundle were also very thin, very dissatisfied

Just got 3 Brazilian bundles installed yesterday. Hair is soft and thick from top to the ends. So far so good hopefully the quality last. Will be ordering again.
