Okay From selling an item.

I had to get a replacement phone because mine was broken. I had problem to reconnect the phone and I thought it was broken. Thanks to Ms. Hannah, she helped me fixed the phone and now I'm back up and running. Thank you TechTwice and Ms Hannah!

I sent out two different packages on the same day, one to techtwice and the other package to another company that buys back textbooks. I received payment in the mail from techtwice before the other company even processed my order or sent me an email confirmation. I am still waiting for any payment from them. I definitely recommend techtwice. Fast, and they gave me the amount they said they would.

Entire process went smoothly. Consistently received updates via email on progress of transaction. Funds were deposited into my PayPal account in less than 5 days.
