Product was everything advertised. Fun, durable, decent battery life.

Arrived promptly, intact all as advertised. Keep an eye on the toy...my cats love it!! It moves FAST and on its own. You will be looking for it (check under the couch) while your cats openly mock and laugh at you while not assisting you in the search 😹😹😹

Easy ordering, quick delivery, product as described, great customer service!

I ordered a Teasy ball for my grand-kitten. Unfortunately it arrived broken. I contacted Teasys and along with a photo I requested a replacement. They responded promptly and sent a new teasy. Fun for us to watch the antics of an active kitten.

My kitty loves his new toys, got two, one on charge while he entertains him till he gets worn out. Probably should have gotten two more, thanks great fun for all.

I had a missing product and was helped immediately ... when my product arrived... i was impressed with it and the quality of it ... AND my kitties do love it...

The perfect cat toy! My cats love it. It's amazing how it keeps them entertained. I love that it will start automatically. Delivery was fast too.

I like the mouse-esque toy. It does cleverly avoid most things. However, when it comes in contact with any leg on my furniture the wheel becomes lodged. I’ve had to get up and move it fairly frequently. It also seems to shut down quickly. That being said, I have not read any in-depth directions. No in-depth instructions were included nor have I yet looked them up online, so I’m not sure if I’m using the mouse to its full capabilities. The design is clever and my cat does seem to enjoy, just wish the design could be tweaked a little.
