Teams est devenu une vraie cochonnerie depuis la mise à jour. cela ne ressemble à rien. il faudrait que les développeurs arrêtent de réfléchir en ingénieur mais, en utilisateurs. la 1 er version était idéale

DO NOT USE, It is basically acting like a scam, no customer support. I have ported a previous number i had i skype, which took s Months, unveliable, finally once ported they ask me to pay for a calling plan, else i cannot use it, i do pre pay one, once it is paid, it does not work as the app does not work on the phone I cannot log into the app which is going ronun i circles unable to log in to the account and thus use the number, moreso, I wanted to have sms capability so i paid extra on a plan that includes it, then i had to submitt all my legal information which then comes back saying they cant verify which is nonsense, so now I want to CANCEL and its impossible. Not only there is no option on the dashboard for cancelling as legallly required for any services but there is NO customer support, the chat is a stupid AI bot that does not help, no humans on board, furtherore I submitt a ticket as the bot tells me to do from inside my account on my coputer not my phone as app does not work, and i ask to CANCEL IT ALL AND GIVE ME A REFUND, mins later i get an atuomatic ticket response saying ticket is sucessfully closed when NOTHING has been done, no one has read my message and i am stuck in a scam paying for something that never worked. BEWARE of contracting this MS teams sevice its a scam. I will have to find a lawyer to help resolve this its outrageous.

Teams rispetto a Skype è molto lento come programma. Assistenza inesistente! Nonostante avessi pagato per 1 piano annuale di Teams Microsoft 365 non mi assistito nessuno, si occupano solo dei piani business. L'ho dovuto disdire perché si bloccava di continuo nonostante ho un computer di ultima generazione, dopo solo tre giorni e a distanza di due mesi non ho avuto alcun rimborso e non posso parlare con nessuno!

Das ist wirklich leider alles viel zu komplziert geworden von der Bedienung her. Versucht man so wie ich jetzt hier in einem privaten Chat Bilder hinzuzufügen dnan kommt auf einmal die Fehlermeldung das irgend ein kompliziertes Onlinekonto von mir angeblich gesperrt ist und es jetzt dann erst wieder 24 Stunden dauern würde dieses wieder zu entsperren. Warum genau wurde dieses komplizierte Onlinekonto von mir eigentlich gesperrt wenn ich darauf aber wirklich Null komma gar nichts darauf gemacht habe vorher? Was kommt denn dann als Nächstes von denen? 70 Authentifizierungen bevor man dann endlich einmal eine einzige Nachricht schicken kann, oder was?

Worst chat I have ever seen. First on the old chats migrated from skype you cannot invite corporate accounts/ Second, you are never sure whether a message is received/sent or not. Third what you see from mobile might be different on desktop and viceversa. I could continue for ages, but honestly teams is a disaster.
