Easily the worst meeting software I have ever worked with. To name only a few things I hate about it: - The User Interface and handling is unintuitive and overcomplicated. - Very poor support for MacOS - the devices like camera, headphones and mics sometimes work, sometimes they do not. Probably depending on the current state of the moon I guess. - The whole organziation account structure is just a huge headache. Teams App tells you "Nah, you can't do that. Visit the Account page to change that". There teams tells you something like "Nah, you can't make changes. Just use the browser and a guest account. Screw you." If I wasn't forced to use it because our customers use it (sadly) I wouldn't even touch it with gloves. If I had to sum up my experience with Teams in one sentence: "I had little expectations and still got hugely disappointed..."

Terrible UX, all over the shop. How can Microsoft get this product so bad? Our company recently made the 'captains choice' to shift everything to Microsoft. We had Slack and Zoom prior but now we have Teams, and EVERYONE in our team is completely bemused as to how bad the user experience is with this app???

Microsoft teams is absolutely one of the worst chatting apps I've ever seen. The facted that everything feels botched, messages take time to send, and i also keep randomly logging out of my account. Now it's gotten to a point where i can't even log back in anymore because it says "Incorrect password" when my password hasn't been changed ever since i started. I don't like the fact how people can spam in chat giving me multiple notifications at once. I only need one notification and that's it. Don't use this shit at all.

Sehr schade!!!

Having effectively stolen remaining credit money from Skype customers, these people have the temerity to declare that Teams is an effective FREE replacement - but absolutely nowhere can you determine how to make use of this latest Microsoft wonder for free. Seems altogether outrageous. As usual, the ordinary older and less savvy customers are being taken advantage of. One might be forgiven for expecting something a lot better from Microsoft.
