Team Covenant has been my go-to for sealed product pre-orders for years now. In the midst of a global pandemic and manipulative business practices affecting a certain TCG's box prices, Team Covenant was one of the incredibly few online retailers that played fair when it came to pricing, and they NEVER failed to deliver on their pre-order subscription promises.

I purchased a case of Gothic through Team Covenant's subscription service and added on additional product which was a seamless process. Email notifications kept me informed of the order status as well as a tracking number. The items arrived quickly and was packaged with care. Additionally, they included some cool promos! I have been a subscriber to many of their products and never had an issue. Thanks for the great service!

Best customer service ever! Great care for the whole experience of not only just buying games but also shipped with care and priced fairly MSRP

I've been a Team Covenant customer for more than a decade. They have consistently impressed me with their dedication to making every interaction they have the best it can possibly be. This shows through not only in their service, but in how they treat customers as people. I look forward to continuing to be a TC customer for a long time to come.

The team over at Team Covenant have always been considerate, helpful, and professional – from their discord to how orders are handled. They're my go-to place for TCG subscriptions and one-off purchases.

It is amazing how quickly Team Covenant provides your receipt, packages your items, and gets them in the mail stream. They only offer the best products and have provided me with repeatedly excellent service. Their video and podcast content is a great way to learn about products that you are interested in. This team is THE BEST.

If you like TCGs, their YouTube content is unmatched. I've been buying from them for maybe 15yrs and always a great experience. Their customer support is very responsive and the few times I've had to reach out, the issue was resolved within 2 business days. They truly are the best deal in retail gaming.

Outstanding customer support and nothing is too hard to ensure the customer experience if first class. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
