They provide exactly the service they describe (distributing board and card games, on a subscription model), and are as transparent as they can be about delays and internal obstacles. When you have issues, their customer service works quickly and earnestly to resolve them (if it is within their power to do so). They do great work in a tough business. A card game I ordered through them had many manufacturing delays and arrived missing cards. They communicated regularly about the manufacturing delays (even though they aren't the manufacturer), and promptly replaced my missing cards within a day of me reporting it.
