I do see that one of your Nautical Chairs arrived with the hardware not fully secure, which is absolutely not the standard that we expect our items to arrive/be shipped in. I see we got this replaced for you right away, and the new chair is currently in transit and on its way to you. Nonetheless though, we understand how disappointing it can be to receive items that aren't in perfect condition, so we truly appreicate you notifying us of the issue so we can make it right. I also wanted to clarify the shipping service for this order as well. Threshold (Assembled) service was selected upon checkout, meaning that the items are shipped & will arrive arrive fully-assembled and unboxed/unpackaged. Thank you for your feedback, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share it. We wanted to clarify that we transitioned to stainless steel hardware because it is significantly more durable for outdoor environments, which is why it’s commonly used in marine applications as well. This change was made to improve the longevity and performance of the product over time. Regarding the lounger, it was intentionally designed to be wider for added comfort. We understand that this may not have been what you expected, and we’re sorry for any frustration. Hi Lara, I am so sorry for the frustration with communication and the delivery process, as well as the issue you noticed on one of your items. This is not the level of experience we aim to provide. During the time you purchased, our company was in the process of relocating to Dallas, Texas, and because of that, our delivery team did not have the same trucks available to them that we had before. Nonetheless though, I am very sorry that this impacted the convenience of receiving everything in one delivery/shipment. I also would be happy to take a further look at the issue you had with sofa. Hi Pete, Thank you so much for sharing this feedback with us. Our current leadtme for in-stock orders (without custom cushions/canopies) to ship from our warehouse is approx. 1 week from the date of purchase. I can see that this order shipped on 5/23/25, about 3 days from the date of purchase on 5/20/25. Once the order is shipped with the carrier, American West, delivery can take about 4 weeks. I can see that the order was delivered on 6/25/25, right around that 4-week lead time that I mentioned. So, from everything that I can see, this order was delivered within the standard leadtime. White Glove service also does not include expedited delivery. Regarding the delivery experience that you mentioned, I have opened an internal case with the delivery company to further investigate how this order was delivered. White Glove service includes blanket-wrapped shipping, point & set installation of the items, unpackaging/removal of any shipping materials, and an inspection of the full order. This should have been the delivery service you received, since like you mentioned, you did pay for White Glove shipping. I apologize if you didn't receive the full extend of this service, and will personally be in touch with you once I complete my investigation with the delivery company. I also investigated further with our warehouse, and they advised that the Raw Concrete Dining Table was moved by the recipient who accepted delivery after our team left. While Teak Warehouse is not responsible for any damages incurred after delivery, our team still returned to adjust the table top & leg, free of charge, as a courtesy to you. Additionally, our products are inclusive of a wide variety of styles & sizes, and specific/detailed dimensions can be found on our website or provided upon request.
