The delivery guys were great. Front office not so much.
The delivery guys were great. A little late but they were great. 5 star. Dealing with the office and trying to schedule was another story. I should probably take off another star for the lack of communication from the front office.

Nice furniture at a great price..
Nice furniture at a great price.. Nailing down the exact delivery time was difficult. The day before delivery I was informed that they only had 4 of the 6 chairs I ordered so had to change my order….

Great Sales assistance.
Had a hard time choosing, but sales associate was so helpful and patient. The only suggestion I would have for consumers, would to have more information on treating and protecting the new teak furniture. Also, to show how different it will look once oiled (if that is your choice).

Late order, great staff
Order took almost a month more than it was supposed to for fulfillment. Steak staff were courteous and went above and beyond to assist where it was in their control.

Quality furniture at a fair price
Quality furniture at a fair price. Pickup was delayed later than expected but they worked with me and pickup hours are limited.

I see we were able to accomodate a pick-up for your order the following week after it was placed. We also do our absolute best to accomodate requests for pick-ups after our warehouse hours so you can collect your furniture at a time that works best for you. Delivery team was friendly and helpful…
Delivery team was friendly and helpful and furniture came out strong and sturdy. Only wish was that the Sofa was in stock with same Delivery at the time.

Great Furniture
The quality of the furniture is amazing. I love every piece I got. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because I had ordered some chairs and it wasn't until they delivered the other pieces that they informed me that they no longer carry the chairs I ordered. Other than that, it was a great experience, and I would order from them again.

We're so happy that overall, you had a positive experience with us, but are sorry that the items you ordered initially were not available. I do see that we regretfully needed to cancel the Breeze chairs from your order, as they had been discontinued & were out of stock, however, I also see that this was discovered before your scheduled delivery date and that the Oliver chairs were selected instead and you were proptly refunded the difference in price. Nonetheless, we understand the inconvenience of not receiving the items you ordered originally, so apologize that this affected your experience and hope you'll still consider us again in the future.
