I canceled my order 15 minutes after placing it when I read reviews of poor quality. My email was ignored and it was shipped anyway. I emailed again and was told “too late” despite my repeated reports I followed their policy but was ignored. The flashlight arrived and is a small, cheap light that does NOT do anything like the advertised light beams. This is a SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY WITH POOR QUALITY LIGHT.

Order never received, and customer service provided no resolution
I waited until my PayPal dispute was completely resolved before posting this review so I could accurately describe the entire experience.
I ordered a flashlight from TeachaBags, but I never received it. Months later, after realizing the order still had not arrived, I contacted the company and learned that the package had been marked delivered much earlier. I searched my email and could not locate a delivery notification that would have alerted me at the time that the package had supposedly arrived.
TeachaBags instructed me to contact USPS and obtain additional information about the delivery. I followed those instructions. By that point, USPS’s automated system informed me that a normal service request was no longer possible because too much time had passed. I sent TeachaBags a screenshot documenting that response.
Instead of offering a resolution, I continued receiving variations of the same instruction to contact the carrier—even though I had already done exactly that at their request and provided the result.
I specifically requested a replacement rather than a refund because I actually wanted the flashlight. I also explicitly asked for the issue to be escalated to a supervisor or manager. I did not receive a meaningful escalation or replacement. Ultimately, I was told that because the carrier had marked the package successfully delivered, the situation was beyond the company’s control.
I eventually opened an Item Not Received case with PayPal. During the process, I also went to USPS in person. USPS confirmed that the delivery scan/GPS location corresponded to my address. I want to be completely fair about that: I cannot say what happened to the package after the scan, and I am not claiming that TeachaBags caused the package to disappear. I simply never received or located it.
PayPal ultimately ruled in the seller’s favor based on the delivery evidence, so I lost the $46.95 I paid and never received the product.
My reason for leaving a one-star review is therefore not simply that a package went missing. Packages can be lost or stolen, and sellers cannot control everything that happens during delivery. My issue is the customer-service experience after I reported the problem.
I followed the company’s instructions, contacted USPS, provided documentation, requested the product I paid for rather than simply demanding my money back, and specifically requested escalation to a supervisor or manager. None of that resulted in a replacement or meaningful resolution.
I eventually purchased a flashlight elsewhere.
Based on my experience, I would not order from TeachaBags again. If you do purchase from them, I strongly recommend monitoring the tracking closely and investigating any delivery issue immediately.

Falsely Advertised Flashlights
The product, two flashlights, sent to me were junk toys not worth $5 each. They were considerably smaller and not 1 tenth as capable as advertised. They weren’t even made of metal; just plastic. Contacting the company led to emails where i could not send the items back for a refund. They offered a 30% refund but i did not want 70% of a cheap substandard item. I wanted either the promised product or a full refund. Not offered and they stopped responding to my emails.
Bottom line: This company falsely advertises products that either don't exist or don’t have to sell. I noticed they work through some US based distributor. Seems like the whole setup is a scam.

Don't Believe The Hype!
I should have looked at the reviews before I purchased. The ad shows it comes with an attachment; it did not. The ad shows a flashlight as big as a man's forearm. It was barely as big as my tiny hand. I bought four thinking they would make good stocking stuffers. I would be embarrassed to give these as a gift.

On your page you state free shipping…
On your page you state free shipping and handling! Then when you go to order page and cash out you add a $5.99 s&h. Now I’m not gonna order it. That is really foul. Should not write S&H free
