I never received the products even though message came that was delivered. I had no recourse as they used USPS which had no follow up.

Put an order in back may they say its been delivered. I never recieved my order. Reached out a couple of times nothing was ever done to make it right. I would advise not to order anything from this company theyll just take your money but not give you anything in return

The ad showed a flash light with a huge battery to put in it when you got and it starts a fire and the one i got is sealed so no way to access battery and is not the same flash light at all and really small and not bright at all and will not start a fire. I bought three snd got scammed. I bought a Skyfire flashlight and its 50 times brighter and starts a fire. Buy the Skyfire snd skip teachabags flashlight because you will be scammed

I tried ordering one flashlight, it looked cool but I was skeptical. So by the end of my purchase, they charged me for 3 flashlights, 3 boxes to hold them in, and two cases to carry them on a belt. So Instead of paying about $25 including shipping, I was charged $87 plus shipping. Also, took almost 2 months to get here. I emailed them and asked them to make it right and they just ignored me after I told them I wanted a refund for what I didn't order, and nothing! Will NEVER buy from them again!!

What a load of Garbage these are. What was ordered and what was received did not look anything like each other. JH TECH's is the company that you deal with when going for a refund. Read the other reviews and mine was all of them in the same scenario. Ordered, extra charges on PayPal account cancelled with 20 minutes. They ignored all the follow up emails. Fortunately, I followed through, even when PayPal ruled in their favor. I called PayPal and had it reversed by talking to a person. I did not accept the Ai answer on the web site. All the information was to be submitted by a date in the future even when they could see it on the dispute. PayPal failed to refund the return the post cost. I did receive the refund monies, paid for the garbage that was supposed to be torches. (Cheap Chinese)
