Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Fortunately I only ordered one. Cheap plastic and doesn't "illuminate " squat.

This is a scam. They advertise the big flashlight which is supposed to be indestructible, waterproof and bright, but when you order it they only send you plastic pieces of crap that are already broken and not bright at all. When you email them they don't even respond. I've emailed them at least 5-6 times in 1 week and they don't even have the balls to respond. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE BECAUSE ITS A SCAM. THEY DON'T even care that they ripped you off.

FALSE ADVERTISING The torch I received is NOT what I thought I was purchasing. It's a toy and not a military survival 'tough' torch. This website and the advertising is a disgrace. Shame on you. My friends and I will definitely not be making any purchases from your dodgy company.

You should try selling the ones people order. The one I bought was the size of my arm, yet the one I received fit in my palm. What a scam

My name is Sean and I placed an order with this company and I never received my order and I've sent numerous emails and messages on there website and they responded once with a generic response asking me to be patient. I also checked the tracking company they use on July 8th and it showed my order as just clearing customs on July 6th and thats the only day they responded then on July 9th I checked the tracking again and this time it stated that my order was delivered on July 1st at 609pm how is that possible when a day prior it stated it just cleared customs on the 6th. Please dont waste your time or money dealing with this company I was lucky that I only spent about $30 and its not about the money I would would almost guarantee this has happened to a lot of people. AGAIN SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE HEADACHE THAT IVE BEEN DEALING WITH.

I should have read the reviews before buying this flashlight. What was shown and what was received, was like night and day. Total bait and switch. Definitely not the flshlight I ordered, 1) way, way smaller than the advertised light. 2) cheap plastic 3) no way it lasts 70 hours, was working on a car And maybe got 2 hours if that 4) no way near as intense and heat producing As the videos show, I don’t think I could light Ants on fire with this thing let alone start a fire while camping. 5) no case as advertised either This is total garbage, I have smaller lights that cost less, last longer and can outshine this cheap knock off. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere, go on YouTube and look at reviews and people who test the hell out of these before throwing your hard earned cash at this company. They should stick to selling bags if that’s their main specialty.

This company can improve by actually sending products as advertised. Misleading ads as well as misleading pricing. I am curious if we as consumers have any recourse. I plan to contact the BBB. I am curious of what other options I have short of driving to Monticello NY and having a conversation with whatever worm is the head rip-off artist. Im very sure that there are many unsatisfied customers that would be happy to join me in a discussion. Shame on them.
